Just thought you’d find this amusing – the ugly new house on R b/n 4th & 5th is available for rent. They’re asking $2400 for the top two floors and $1250 for the ground floor.
Heck, you’d have to pay me to live there, with the new home construction going on RIGHT next door and behind the unit. I’ll be surprised if they get anywhere near their asking price for the rent.
