I believe it was the house of this gentleman that I wanted to interview. I could be wrong. Someone on Sq 507correct me if the elderly man lives in another one of the red houses.

There is an older gentleman living in the house next door to 1700.
The lot is so tiny you will notice that the listing shows that the house’s footprint is actually larger than the lot itself!! (Bay windows in DC tend to jut out into the public right-of-way.
