Looking good. I’m hopeful and hungry.
Also, I recently was sent a letter by the DC Office of Zoning regarding an exception request to change this spot from a fast-food/takeout restaurant to a sit-down restaurant. Apparently there will be a public hearing on this in late September. The application number on this is 18099.

Beau Thai will make a presentation to ANC2c next week at the Commission’s July 7, 2010 meeting (6:30 at Kennedy Recreation Center) about its special exception application. Please attend to learn about this fabulous new neighborhood eatery and the zoning relief it needs to operate as a proper sit-down restaurant.
The BZA hearing will be September 21, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.
