Dear IP 174.252.182.235,
I noticed this on my way to the metro. I could have asked the nice police woman, but I had a bus to catch, and she had to keep moving her cruiser (photos show the two locations, the one where she was at 7th made more sense so cars turning on to R didn't have to throw themselves into reverse, which several cars & 1 truck did, after she moved it closer to the metro entrance). I figure it will come up on the Shaw listserv later today regarding the "why". No rush. No need to be 1st.
